The BID Partnership Programme is a public-private partnership between the Glen Innes Business Association that has a commitment to develop our local business environment and Auckland Council who have the ability, under the Local Government (Rating) Act 2002, to collect a targeted rate to fund the BID Partnership Programme.The partnership approach goes deeper than the purely financial relationship between the parties – all the parties involved are seeking positive economic outcomes and understand that a collaborative approach is necessary to achieve aspirational goals.
