You may already have ridden on one of the new double decker buses. But if you haven’t now’s your chance to find out all about them. Auckland Transport is bringing two types of double decker bus to the Blind Foundation so people can climb around them and get your bearings before you have to deal with the real thing in our streets. Again Auckland Transport and the bus companies want to help people be familiar with the new double decker bus design.
The “show and tell” is on Saturday 27 February at 1:00pm in the carpark at Āwhina House, 545 Parnell Road.
